Tim is from a family of Fosters probably related back in Virginia.  He is a deputy sheriff and a re-enactor at Walnut Grove Plantation.  We enjoyed an animated visit out near his corn garden.  He pointed out the bronze plaque at Foster Chapel.  It’s a black church but the land was donated by an ancestor of his Moses Foster.
