Welcome to www.myfosters.com !  I am Greg Foster of Edmonton, Alberta Canada and you have found my Foster family research blog.  I have been casually researching my mysterious line of Fosters since about 1994.  Recently, when the bug struck again, I realized that I have never put the facts I have found about these Fosters in a place where other Fosters could enjoy.  The opportunity to change that and launch a spot like this comes with the decision to visit a key spot in the history of these Fosters, the Upcountry of South Carolina.  I’ll be reporting and posting pictures on the fly and when I return will add pictures and information about my immediate family and my complete collection of documents and pictures from previous expeditions to SW Missouri, 1999 and Washington State,1993 and 2007. 

So for  family and friends keeping tabs back home, this is my trip I hope you enjoy the experience of following me on the adventure.   For all you Foster researchers, I hope you enjoy it too and if it helps you connect your family with mine, we will all be richer for it.
