Somewhere along this idealic stretch of Bradley County TN Frederick Foster had a farm.  Just across the Hiwassee river to the north in McMinn Co. brother Jared (Jarrett) stayed and farmed with  his son John when not on expedition with Maj. Lauderdale’s Tennessee Volunteers against the Seminoles in Florida .
