Jeremiah Foster, died as a young man in 1815,leaving behind wife Patsey, and unnamed children. There was no will; only estate sale papers. In the 1810 census, there were 2 boys under 10 and 2 girls under 10. By the time of the estate sale, there were only 2 children. Patsey Foster, the widow, is living next to John M Foster in the 1820 census. She bought land in 1838.
