Dear Sir & Comrade:
We, whose names are appended below, have known A. J. Foster, a resident of North
Bend, King County, Washington, for the past four or five years. Said Foster has
applied for Pension under number Claim Application 401765. We believe he is worthy
and entitled to a Pension; he is in our opinion entirely unable to earn a support by
manual labor.
We therefore respectfully ask that you use your influence in his behalf to have his
claim reopened and a Pension issued.
