Deare Cloyd
Your welcome letter Feb. 8th ___ at hand.
Pleased to ger it and hear from you that all was well.  Yours, Oscars and Dukes letters all came in the same mail.  Duke said he was well and seemed to be sattisfied.
Said tho he was not working at the time.  The weather had been cold and bad to work, but had moderated and business had started up and he thought he would be working in a few days.  He had been…

…getting 4 dollars per day.
You spoke and asked me to come out and visit you this coming spring.  I sure would like to and I would like to see and meet you again in this life.
I have your picture in a nice fraim.  Vida rote me she would like to make a trip out and visit you folks this spring.  If  I sell the place I am living on we may come.  For me Florida is all right if those that I love could be nearer.  But bless God, we can visit by letter.
All for now, with Love to all
Truely yours
AJ Foster
