Dear Brenda, Greg + Danielle
Just a note so dad can mail it when he goes to check the house. I’m not feeling too badly after my chemo on Friday. They have given me a different formula, takes only about 3 hours of intravenous rather than the 6 hours that I had before. This formula contains platinum, is a new type of therapy. I have not been nearly so ill, only vomited once + am not spending half my time in the bathroom as I was before. The nurse told me I probably will not lose my hair, so that’s a real lift for me. I have to go back to the clinic on Feb 5 for blood tests + then am booked for another chemo on Feb 15. Hope you are all well, am getting very anxious to see you all. Will notice a big difference in Danielle in the 2 months. We had a bit of freezing rain + our driveway is a

sheet of ice, so dad is putting some sand on it so he can drive in + out. Our weather has been really nice.
In just a little over a week + your mom + dad will be out to visit + then soon after we will be there. We are all excited.

Feb 18 – 8.15 AM.
We either see or hear from Dale every evening. He’s very busy as I’m in Victoria for 2 weeks holiday + they are busy making plans for their move to the new warehouse. They have a lot of renovating to do to get the building up to their needs.
Must close for this time as dad is ready to leave + as you can tell my hand is a little shaky from the medicine.
