Personally appeared J.S. Sims Esq. before me who is duly sworn on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God doth make oath and say that he saw John Foster sign seal publish and declare this same to be his last will and testament.  That he the said John Foster was then of sound and disposing mind ___ ___ and understanding to the best of this deponent’s knowledge and belief, that he together with James Mosely and Samuel Hampton did sign their names _____ as ____ at the request and in the presence of this ____ and in the presence of James Mosely.
