Andrew J. Foster Pension Applications: 1922 Statement of W. Duke Foster

State of Florida – County of Osceola.

On this tenth day of April A D 1922 personally appeared before me a Notary Public of and for the County and State aforesaid:-

Winfred Duke Foster aged 46 years of St, Cloud Florida.  Who being duly sworn according to the law made oath:- That he is the son of Andrew J. Foster a veteran of the Civil War Cert. No 979 198.
That on account of the physical and mental condition of his said father due to the infimities of old age and responding to his fathers requirements ad at hi request he has been compelled to give up profitable employment elsewhere to live with his father in St. Cloud Florida for the purpose of rendering necessary aid and attendance on his said father.  That the assistance required by his Father is as follows:-
The said Andrew J. Foster being my father will say his not able to do anything as he is past 80 years old and must have someone to look after him.
That he has no interest in the prosecution of this claim.
